open your ssh (by putty or bash or command line) go to magento root directory copy downloaded file to `app/code/` directory after copy the files you should have this directory `app/code/WeGento/Ticket` if all thing done without any error please run this commands php bin/magento s:up php bin/magento s:s:d php bin/magento s:d:c php bin/magento c:f done !
